This siren was also recored on the same day I recorded the East 1003 from the state boarder. I had originally not inteded to record this one but since I brought the MP3 recorder with me, I thought ah what the hell & set this on a little substaion outside of city limits. After the test, the rotator, & blower motors disengage but the chopper motor will not sometimes shut down leading to the chopper chopping which you will hear.
